Cookies Policy
1 Introduction
1.1 Our company LAWCA PARTNERS s.r.o., Company ID No.: 09849751, with its registered office at Dvořákovo nábřeží 1690, 539 01 Hlinsko, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové under File No. C 50816 (hereinafter the “Company” or “we”) hereby informs the public how it obtains and processes so-called cookies.
1.2 We use cookies and similar technologies that serve to obtain information about your browser in order to improve your convenience and security when using our website.
1.3 We respect your privacy, and you can therefore adjust your cookie settings at any time. Most web browsers allow cookie settings to be displayed, deleted and managed. The information stored helps us improve our website so that it matches your preferences.
2 How do cookies work?
2.1 Cookies are text files which our website sends to your browser, or to the device from which you browse our website (for example a phone, tablet or computer). They allow us to recognise you and adapt our website accordingly, analyse your behaviour, display certain content to you and so on. We describe the individual cookies in more detail below.
2.2 Cookies do not affect your device in any way, nor do they change the settings on your end device. Depending on their type, cookies are either deleted when the browser is closed (session cookies) or stored on the device for a certain period (persistent cookies). Cookies help us improve our services.
2.3 We use the following types of cookies:
2.3.1 Technical and functional – these are necessary in order to display the website to you and to make it work as it should, or so that we know whether you have (or have not) given us consent to the processing of cookies, and the like.
2.3.2 Security – cookies whose purpose is to prevent fraud and, where applicable, to remedy security flaws.
2.3.3 Analytics – these help us analyse how the website performs in terms of visitor behaviour and to adapt and modify the site accordingly.
2.3.4 Preference – these cookies are intended to display content in the settings you prefer, for example in a particular language, or otherwise to make browsing easier for you.
2.3.5 Marketing – thanks to these cookies, we or third parties can tailor the offer of our services after your visit. That offer may then also be displayed to you outside our website.
2.4 The specific cookies and further information about them can be found in the table at the end of this document.
2.5 We may work with technical, security and functional cookies even without your consent, since they are necessary in order to provide the service you have expressly requested; this follows from Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications. Without them we would not be able to display our website to you securely and correctly.
2.6 We process analytics, preference and marketing cookies only on the basis of your consent, which you give through the banner displayed on your first visit to the website. You may give consent separately for individual categories and withdraw it at any time just as easily by calling up the cookie settings again. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn. We will ask you for consent again no later than after 12 months.
2.7 You can prevent this processing by not giving us your consent, and further by adjusting your browser settings, using the cookie banner settings or browsing in private mode.
2.8 The information stored does not contain any personal data on the basis of which you could be directly identified. Some information may, however, become personal data if it is combined with data obtained through your registration on our website.
2.9 For that purpose we have also prepared a Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, which describes the measures relating to personal data, in particular as regards the rights of data subjects.
